2020 : Gratitude project of Manipur, 1001 Thagatchari (Ongoing)

Come on, let’s fill the universe with expressions of love and gratitude.

Growing up in a conflicted place seeing violence at a close range, ongoing choatic situations, anger, less freedom, more anger and fight for basic human rights – I am taking up a tiny bit of responsibility of spreading positivity to rise above the conflict. In my quest to elevate the voices of inspiring people through FindingTheVoices, I found that there is a huge lack of recognition and honor for the ones with vision and good intent, working tirelessly towards positive changes in Manipur.

One of my biggest takeaway in my own personal growth journey is the power of gratitude to elevate self rippling to others. You cannot be in any other emotional state when you are in gratitude. One of my goal is to spread the practice of gratitude in day today life, schools, institutes, offices, anywhere. We pause, reflect and take the time to share our gratitude to people around us.

Why gratitude project of Manipur?

There is so much of anger, oppression, hurt, violence and fear in Manipur which is a byproduct of conflicts. I carry the sights of intense protest scenes of students, nude protest of mothers of Manipur, unburied dead bodies, lack of freedom, unexpressed feelings, mental issues, drug and alcohol addiction, mob justice – beaten to death in front of children and many more, even people eating other’s pet dog.

I want everyone to hear words of love, experience gratitude, read words of expressions bringing a smile or even tears of human connections. It is my belief that gratitude will open our heart, elevate positivity and heightened human connections.

Monica Ingudam
Gratitude Session where we get together and talk about people whom we are grateful for. My deepest gratitude to each and everyone of you for taking the time to participate in 1001Thagatchari, gratitude project of Manipur by sharing your inner thoughts elevating human connections which matters. Received this wonderful gift from Eche Findingthevoices MonicaIngudam’s yesterday at office. Eche Monica, who is currently based in Maryland, USA has shown us that, “No matter where we are, our heart & Mind always longs for our beloved Manipur”. Apart from her tight schedule as “Senior Product Analyst” (heathcare Innovation) and beautiful Mother, it’s an awestruck to see her managing various shows of

The gift is a part of a Gratitude project #Thagatchari1001 of FindingTheVoices. I love every episodes where her video giving the deepest sharing of every person’s interviewed. This gives us a handy knowledge about different spheres of life in our state Manipur (which is often left unknown & recognised ).
    Roots of Thagatchari1001 :
“for the last 5 years was the lack of recognition and appreciation for their work and contribution. In the midst of conflicts, unrest and media’s focus for sensational stories, we have forgotten to say “Thank you” “Thagatchari”.
To change that I have challenged myself to find people who truly have appreciation and gratitude in their heart and the idea of “1001 Thagatchari” was seeded.” ~ Monica Ingudam #thagatchari1001
Thank you for the kind initiative, Eche ❤️. Much delighted with the service of the delivery young Human (Chaoba) from Hummingbird, Eche Luxmibai ❤️
